1. The Service

MedLabPrep provides AI-generated laboratory medicine practice questions, study tools, and analytics designed to support your preparation for certification exams. All content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical or professional advice.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Purchases & access period

MedLabPrep Plus is a one-time purchase that unlocks full platform access for 90 days from the date of purchase. There are no automatic renewals or recurring subscriptions.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not share your account credentials.
• Do not scrape, redistribute, or resell platform content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.

5. Independence & disclaimer

MedLabPrep is an independent educational study platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by, or sponsored by ASCP BOC. Practice performance and readiness scores are estimates only and do not represent or predict official examination results.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedLabPrep is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
